Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is a highly efficient method for managers’ professional development in modern business. The coach works individually with every manager to help them cope with all challenges they are confronted with. Coaching is not about providing ready-made solutions but about helping managers find solutions. The most valuable characteristic of coaching is that it stimulates managers to find and use their potential for discovering all the answers they need.

All the goals which should be achieved, the system for result assessment and the coaching period are set at the beginning of the coaching process.

Coaching is conducted in terms of personal meetings (sessions) between the coach and the manager. They last about one hour and are held once or twice a week.
